Heather Long is our office administrator and newest addition to the staff. A resident of Spencerville for 23 years, she loves living in the Village after growing up in Lima. Married to David for 37 years, Heather has three adult children and four grandchildren. You can usually find her hanging out with the Spencerville HS band, or at sports events cheering her 'grands' on. She is also active with the Community Samaritan food pantry, and in decorating the church sanctuary. With a varied background in office management, Heather is extremely thankful for the blessing of this position, and for God's perfect timing in placing her here.
Jenny Byglin is the facilities manager for Trinity UMC. She has been a part of its congregation for several years. In addition, she is a store manager for CVS, having worked there for 10+ years. A mother of 3, Jenny has been married for 17 years. In her time with Trinity, she has offered her time to serve in ministries and missions such as Trinity's Fill-A-Stocking, movie nights, and the annual drink station.
Kristen has been volunteering with the youth programs at Westside UMC since 2016. She officially joined the staff as the Youth Director for Lima Westside and Spencerville Trinity in August 2018. Kristen graduated from Grace College in 2014 with bachelors degrees in Counseling and Criminal Justice. She enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, reading, listening to music, and doing DIY projects. Kristen is passionate about creating connections with people, planning youth events, and serving others. Kristen is looking forward to continuing to build relationships within the churches and community.
Pastor Josh Andrews is an ordained elder in the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church. He was appointed to the newly created Lima Westside UMC/ Spencerville Trinity UMC charge in 2017 by Bishop Gregory Palmer and currently resides in Spencerville with his wife, daughter, and dachshund. Pastor Josh strives to keep the Christian life simple by teaching and preaching the Word of God in a relational and comforting style.
